Thanks all, and yes . . . it is one of the thermal mugs. I removed the stainless insert and put a small glass cup inside and near the top . . . and filled it with mealworms to get the shot I wanted.

I realized the color was too blue so I've adjusted the image so the blacks are correct on the mug. I hope I'm getting closer with the color on this one . . .
