Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Lowepro. I had an issue with a piece of Lowepro equipment and used the online contact form to find out if it was covered under warranty (it was).
Within 24 hours I was notified by email to provide some additional details and whalaa a new piece of equipment is on its way!!

Overall great experience...

Thanks for sharing! LowePro is definitely a top notch company. Their customer service is fantastic, which is why I've been buying various LowePro bags for the last 20 years. I'm glad to hear they still stand by their products and really take care of their customers.

I have about 20 pieces of Lowepro in my collection. Backpack, lens cases, filter cases, shoulder carry flipside, bags, water bottle holders. My online store kept sending me a free one. flash holder on order. Awesome company

A photograph is worth a thousand words, but Photoshop can produce a thousand lies. Photo editing allowed. I need all the help I can get.
