Thanks, I enjoy using this cam. Downside is if there is a little branch in the foreground of the subject the AF gets messed up and cannot focus on the bird anymore. Any tips on how to work around this issue.

Tipidsale,

A couple of weeks ago somebody else had the same problem. My answer was: change the AF frame, make it smaller, than focus with the AF frame right on the bird. I've done this a couple of times and it worked. For info about changing the AF frame, see page 135 of the manual.
I would like to hear if this works for you too.
