I have a Canon Pro-1 the problem I am having is I can use the printer using the USB cable fine, but when I try using the printer using the Ethernet cable I can not get a connection to the printer?

I have try disabling the firewall and antivirus software . I am using a desktop windows 7 64 bit OS, and connecting the printer into a Verizon FIOS router.

Well, what was the "fix"? Sometimes if you share about a fixed problem it can help others who may have the same problem (or those of us who could offer some helpful advice:) )!

What the problem was the canon software, the "canon Solution" I just uninstall Canon solution and install the older version and that fixed the problem.
