Thanks m8.

I don't know of a way to create and apply a custom brush in LR though.

Went to downtown Raleigh for the St. Patty's day parade and got some fun shots to share. I processed a couple as color and B&W, so I'll post both. Feel free to comment on which you like better (or neither, if that's the case). :)

I prefer this one in B&W.

B/W gets my vote.

I always want C&C on my shots.

Thanks guys. A friend had actually pointed out how the color photo shows three generations of building in the upper left more clearly, which I hadn't focused on before but it was interesting to consider. Goes to show your intended subject is rarely the only thing people see. Be careful with your compositon! :)

Shot this the other day as part of a photo challenge. Love that I can control my 580 off camera in a softbox using the built in flash on the 70D.

Thanks Pat. :)

The watermark is just a custom brush.

Create a new PS document at around 600px by 200px. Make sure the background is transparent. Add whatever text you need - mine has the camera, lens, my name, the year, and my website name. Save the file as a .psd and then in the edit menu, choose define brush set and save it.

Then in an image, just select the brush tool and select the one(s) you saved and resize to suit and place with a click.

Paul.

Does this work in elements (11)?

Thanks

Paul.

I don't know about a custom brush as such, but you can create a watermark - in the export menu I think.
