Looks good Teamspeed! I have it too, but by the time I start loosing definition, there is a bit of noise left in the 100% crop.

This thread is amazing. I purchased my 7D not long ago and have been disappointed with the Noise in my shots above 800 ISO, but with the advice given here last week I was able to process shots at 3200 ISO and produce some awesome jPegs.

Thanks for the advice, I am now MUCH Happier with my 7D, it is the camera I prefer for my outdoor shots, now I know what to do at dawn and dusk.

maybe i missed it in the previous posts as I read them a week ago... what steps helped you out?
i usually dont use my camera for sports over iso 1600 but indoors i was shooting at 3200 and 6400 with ok results...
