I don't like HDR, but how's this B&W?

Yes I am...what conceivable difference would be made by that question...it's either a pretty picture or not. End of story!
C&C the image quality...offer suggestions and comments is a good thing...anything beyond that is totally irrelevant and superfluous. ;)


Well for starters, it's learning another person's take on the image. I'm not saying that you should automatically agree with them or anything, but opening onesself up to how other people see things is pretty damn important. I mean, if it were really all about "I think the image does this so other people's take on it doesn't matter", then there would be no reason for critiques.

Nice shot. Would be better with a moon in the sky. I would like to see some more contrast as well.
