I was able to keep the iso down to 1600 and still get 1/800th shutter at 2.8. I was shooting from the lower level endzone to your left. Supercross is a blast to shoot. I think by far my most favorite subject. Btw. Was shootin raw and I believe still at 9fps, I love my D3

I almost exclusively shoot raw, but my subjects usually aren't moving unless its rolling shots of vehicles...

I was shooting a 5d3 with a 70-200L IS II. That shot was at 150mm at 1/1000 and 3200 ISO from field level pretty much just left behind the starting gate. I was rocking my 6fps. I miss my 1dIII....lol.
