I was definitely wow'd by the capitol, it was the last day of my trip and I had had a busy day. I almost went back to my hotel.

What can I say about the FE 55 1.8 and the A7r combo. Absolutely stunning. I am so impressed with the results;

Just got my A7r.. is there anyway to set one of the dials to zoom in/out on playback? I can press C2, then the dial next to it will zoom in and out but if I don't press C2 first, it seems all the dials will just scroll through each picture? Any ideas? Couldn't find anything related to this in the manual (but I've only had the camera in my hands for about 3 hours now haha)

here are some pictures that I took from Moorea with the A7.
Since I didn't bring a laptop for this vacation, I'm shooting RAW+JPEG 6MP, transferring the JPEG to the Ipad and editing them quickly on snapseed.
I can also transfer the JPEG images from the GR by inserting its SD card on the A7!

yeah but its the cheapest option for macro with decent AF. 75mm equivalent.

I've got the 55 but the min focus distance is a realy PitA
