I am trying to make a Youtube video on my car like these (as an example):
https://www.youtube.com …=UUlAN9qhaD8e3ETli1nuA_6Q (Will I need a GlideCam for this type of Video?)
From my knowledge it looks like a slider/dolly was used, along with a tripod. I have ordered the Manfrotto 055XPROB, along with the Manfrotto 498RC2 Midi Ball Head (http://www.bhphotovideo.com …PROB_Tripod_Legs_Kit.html) and a Kamerar SD-1 Dolly Slider (http://www.amazon.com …30332190_TE_M3T1_ST1_dp_1).
Is there anything else I will need to make these cool smooth slow Cinematic scenes? I think I read a Fluid Head is best/better. Will I need a second Head for the Tripod if I attach the Dolly Slider to it or will I only need one head for the entire "rig"? Or anything else you can think of that will help me make some awesome videos regarding cars please let me know, thanks!
This is my one and only video attempt, I used my Canon 60D and the Canon 85mm which was all hand-held. http://vimeo.com/84500537
