That matte purple is pretty cool. Love the shots, any tips for shooting cars in high sun? at car shows with my 6d I seem to get a lot of purple fringing if I am shooting around high noon or under garage lights. Frustrating cause it wasn't an issue with the old camera.

The better the lens, the better the performance. I shot a lot wide open with the 50L, or as much as I could without a ND filter, but very little CA and fringing, easily fixed in LR. What lens is causing the most issues? I found with my old 50 1.8 II it was bad, 50 1.4 was ok, and 50L has been great. 85 lenses are more prone to CA/fringing, like the 1.8 and even 1.2L.

I have a 50 1.4 and 85 1.8 that give me fits. Sometimes I just go back to the kit 24-105l. I just received a ND filter to fit the 85 but have not had a chance to put it to work.

I never had many issues with the 1.4. It was pretty good.

Hi all this is my first post on the forums. I was able to get a lucky one two days ago. This was taken with my brand new 180L on my 6d. Used a mono pod.
