Amazing clarity and excellent detail in ISS.
You could never think 400 + 1.4x can go this far.
Very inspiring and thanks sharing.

Tracked but not guided, and just a rough (eyeballed) polar alignment. I have a Vixen wedge with a tripod mount screw that lets me put my camera on my telescope mount.

Not much but I've got this picture of the moon taken about an hour before sunset. I actually find the moon to be even more beautiful when it's not full...

If not too late, for tonight's total eclipse of moon you don't need a telescope. Lets see what you can show here.

I declare. The ONE time that it could rain everywhere, it did.

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

Took this one in September 2012, with a 100-400mm on the 7D.
At 400mm, of course.

Beautiful, well done. A little more information about your settings and location would be nice.

No problem.

All shot with a Canon 6D and the 24-105L. Settings were ISO 800, f4 and an approximate shutter speed of 20 seconds (bulb mode). The first and third were 24mm and the second was at 70mm. The location was Loveland Pass, Colorado.

And thank you!
