Hey guys I need to get my 60D fixed. Any places in the bay area you guys would suggest? Preferably somewhere in the San Francisco/Peninsula Area?

Try Camera Heaven on Larkin. Not in the greatest location but kind of a neat place with tons of old cameras about. A buddy of mine had his 7D serviced there and got it back the next day. Although I don't recall what it was being serviced for.

It's not exactly in the Bay Area, but I send my gear to the Canon service center in Irvine.
It's usually a two to three day turn around.

Some people hunt with a gun. I use a Canon.

I use the Canon Irvine repair center but if you want to go brick and mortar you can't do better than Keeble and Shuchat (external link) in the Bay Area, specifically Palo Alto.

Good luck!

Just as long as no one has any wooden stakes.

Nice!

So as some of you might have noticed, I havent been on here lately. Had all of my gear stolen.

Well, yesterday I put the order in for a new 70D with 18-135mm with grip and hood. Slowly but surely I will replace and upgrade everything I had. So brace yourselves... I am coming...

Sorry to hear about that. I had advised my agent about my stuff and talked about its coverage.
