Aaron, fantastic pix! I just spent 5 min with the first one thinking of a tight crop because of that lovely peek behind the hair + earring combo. But a tight one means slashing the gorgeous hair so I'm back at step 1 :D

I loved shooting a couple or so of times with 70-200/2.8 ver.2 and it's a BEAST of a lens, but for the portrait work I usually do it's too much of a good thing. So I settled down to 85L+135L+200/2.8L to cover the spread. I do crave 200/2 though :)

An old one from me - retouched it, looked at it and decided that retouching removes all the charm. Wrinkles can be beautiful, don't you think?!

Just pulled the trigger on the 135L. Now I just have to wait until Tuesday. Hope to post soon!

After a long time of waiting I can finally post here. There have been so many great shots and awesome bokeh I had to jump on the wagon. I rarely use my prime lens (40 and 50mm) but this one I feel might be glued to my camera.

I'm out of the 5D club but the 135L stays with my Sony A7R, so Daniel I'm not totally lost. :)

here's one sample. Sony A7R+135L with metabones adapter III.

here's one sample. Sony A7R+135L with metabones adapter III.

the funny thing is that I tried using the 135F2.5 FL lens on the sony, and the damn thing weighs nearly as much as the 135L, but doesnt really get close to the image quality.

and aaron, keep on bringing the eye candy ;)

New to the 5D Mark III and the 135 f/2. Great images in this topic. I have lots of learning and catching up to do.
