Nice I tired something like that, you going to want to bungee the 360 to the bracket. I've tighten the lock screw on the head to hold it on and it pulled the bulb out and the 360 dropped off after doing a shake test.

Thx, gonna do that then or something else like that.

Did you also try with umbrella holder on ? I think it can make it hard to get lose with that one on.

I love to shoot and I aim to please ;)

Another informative video, thanks. Don't know if this was covered elsewhere, but is it OK to recharge the battery before it gets low? I don't have a spare and despite the long life don't want to get caught dead during next all day shoot.

Regarding, your other vid on the Speed S Bracket. I got one with the ratchet. I ordered from Ed the same day they came in and it arrived at my door two days later. Works very well and I was convinced to order after the positive comments here. Didn't like the idea of a plastic ring at first, but it is strong molded resin like Pelican cases for anyone who is in doubt.

Should be fine. Modern Lithium batt can go 1000 full cycles or so without significant degradation. They don't have the "memory" that old NiCad batts used to have.

Just got my 360, is there a trick to the battery? Plugged it into the flash and powered up for about 3 seconds then nothing, now it won't come on?? What am I doing wrong?

Can you get the light on the battery to come on first of all?

Does the battery turn on without the flash plugged in? Is it charged?

I have to remove the battery pack then it will come on for about 3 seconds, then dead. Shows 3/4 power when it comes on? put on charger, went to green after 5 minutes? I think I may have got a bad battery :(

Putting it back on the charger. Did everyone's come charged or not?
