And this was a stitch of 3 vertical 35mm shots, no HDR required. I just had to wait a bit until the sun was blocked by a cloud and then a strong CPL was enough to balance everything out. Well, that and pulling a few extra details from the RAW file while processing. Had this been taken earlier in that morning (which I tried but there wasn't much color), I would have done multiple exposures and then manually blended back together.
