Hey guys have a few questions for you. So I am shooting Hangtown again. I am debating renting the 200F2 or 300F2.8 for it. I have a FF camera now and was gonna rent a crop so the 200 would be a 300 on crop or 200 on my big camera. Any thoughts on this?

Also can I bring a Ranger RX out and a tri-pod to mount the head on? I can email and ask to confirm....

Glad to see you keeping this place going! I have been on the road for the races and playing Mr. Mom when I am home and haven't posted a shot anywhere for a while now! Your stuff all looks great! And Jim, as much as I hate it, I won't be at Hangtown this year. I have a buddy covering it for me, so I can do a wedding for some people I know. I couldn't say no the cash!

Jersey....Horrible conditions, the worst stadium of the year to get around in, and the security could learn a few things from TSA, they were that bad!

Get the 300 and you won't be allowed to bring a tripod onto the track the last I heard. In SX they even gave me crap for a monopod.
