Was in town at Laguna Seca as I am a motorsports photographer. Decided to do some national parks and San Francisco. Was worth it!

Nothing wrong with taking tourist photos, I particularly like your Golden Gate Bridge shot.

Very nice mate! I went over to SF (stopped by Laguna Seca too) and the bridge was fogged over the entire time.. Typical of my luck!

Shoot it anyway. A bit of fog is beautiful too. It's a different story if the bridge is entirely covered by fog.

Agreed, I've seen some stunning bridge in the fog shots. It's 12 or more years since I was in the USA and SF, would love to go back.

Was REALLY hoping for the same photo I got but with fog... I left disappointed actually.

Whole thing was fogged. Couldn't even see the bases going in to the water.

Could I ask you how you reached your vantage point for the GG bridge shot? Roadside? Trail? If trail, how far did you have to hike and was it public property?

I'm going to SF this weekend and I'd love to try to get a similar shot.

Thanks, Jon
