Cheers for that I love the 1D3 for wildlife stuff, however, I'm not so sure I like it for landscapes.

I agree Paul.

When I shoot something that I know will be stationary, or if I expect low light and/or resolution will be an issue, I usually take my 5DMk3 off the shelf (landscapes would fit into this range of categories). But for action, I often grab the 1DMk3.

I did use the 1DMk3 for these shots of our Provincial Flower last week ...
