Whoa -- these -- from a commercial flight or a tour flight? Really nice clarity!

Thanks. From a commercial flight.

I'm going to be staying in Olympia near Capitol Lake on Memorial Day weekend. Any suggestions on places within easy walking distance to shoot? I'm usually up before my wife in the mornings, and like to take a hike & work on my photography.

Well, a walk to the capitol building, it's nice and can be photogenic (if the Light's right), and then strolling around the "older" part of town that's nearby...

Not a "walk", but the Tumwater park "areas" can be nice for walking/exploring as well as photography!

Thanks, Tony. I figured there'd be some time on the capitol campus.

Me and buddy took a 3 hours rafting tour in Skagit river, Rockport WA. Cold but sunny and turned out to be a great day. Here are some of the pictures.

Ah, OK, I haven't been on today, but there are several people there with "Add" ability!

It's been a great place for seeing/showing work of/from the Pacific Northwest!

Thanks Mark. Will definitely go back next winter. Got a great deal with Amazon at that time for 50% off the regular price plus the guide and owner of the tour company was awesome.
