I was just wondering why there aren't more shots of wet tshirt contests, naked mechanical bull riding, nude beach... Where are all those pictures supposed to go? Does everything in G&N need to attempt art??

Those photo's go to flickr,
and yes I think the g&n forum is about art, and high quality images,
I don't think we need a section for candid nudes, the internet if full of those...

I like the way it is right now,

Another forum, photocamel has two distinct areas. One is a GN like here, but a second that tends to the more prurient. I think the high standard of work and critique here can serve as a bit of a deterrent for people who want to post less well executed work, or work where the models are not on the level as those of some posters.

Mostly agree. If I want hardcore stuff, I know where to look.

Agreed.
Most of my models are real people, not professional models. Though I know some of them don't object to having their images shared, I'm a little apprehensive to post them next to the well-executed G&N shots of professional models that make up most of the G&N sharing forum.

100% agree. Actually I love the high quality work. I spent a bit of time the other day on a site that claimed to be about the beauty of Women. The images were ok in how they portrayed women but the quality was terrible! This site has spoiled me and I am fine with that!

The problem is, there's not much high quality works there ;)

And nudes can be high quality and bad. Erotic photos can also be high quality, but also cheap, like german porn.

Google and the NSA now have you inextricably linked to that search. Just wait to see what special ads pop up on future browsing :)
