Looking forward to that. Scott, do you know how the trimming is done on the YN-622n Tx?
I resume it will require a bit of trial and error. I'm thinking I might try some manual setting on the ControlTL stuff to get an idea of optimum offset then transfer that to the YN-622c-TX when available.

That last picture says it ALL!!!
Great Scott LOL

Are you allowed to tweak the settings on the yn-622 or are these straight out of the box settings?

The butcher is funky and it never gives me the same look or output.

The test was done at Cheetahstand with Duke Morse and Edward. Edward said it was pretty easy to do.

The cactus V6 I thought I could tweak it to work with the cl-600, but I can't get over sync speeds even with a ETTL flash.

I understand the warnings about using the modeling light, but I've been looking into this system after being a convert to the V850s and the CL-360s. I like that they are LED, and in the new RS600p versions, I see that the 15w (100w equivalent) led light has a 2 minute auto shutoff. What is your take on the modeling light on the current versions? Still usable?

The modeling light is bright however, I also was skeptical of this feature after owning the quadra and knowing its limitations. The modeling light on the Cl-600 is for limited use. I actually left the light on intentionally for over 35 minutes and had to adverse effects. Likewise, the light did not auto shutoff as the user manual suggested. Perhaps the manual was printed after a revision of the light.......

What do you mean it had to adverse effects?
