I use Lee's Big Stopper. 10 stop ND filter. It gives a very blue color cast but thanks to RAW processing I'm able to adjust the colors and white balance easily. Has taken a lot of practice to get it down to a science.

I'm going to have to get one of those. They're a screw in filter are they? Guess I'd get a wide one and step down rings if it is.

What lens and setting please? Just curious ..... thanks

I use it on my sigma 50mm and Canon 16-35. As for settings I don't do much, throw it on bulb mode with my remote and just see what I get with various shutter Speeds.

Thanks Matt. Yeah...shooting RAW REALLY helps.

An old wool shed I sometimes drive past. Had hoped to be able to get up close but there was an electric fence. Because I couldn't get very clear views I only too one shot, so these are made using virtual copies in Lightroom.

I've noticed when I import straight into photomatix it displays an image that I often quite like, with no adjustments. However, it does seem to be slightly different than the default preset on the right side. After making some adjustments is there a way to get it back to the way it was just after import without closing and re-importing all the photos?

Thank you Sir. I'm trying, these days, to make my HDRs look less HDR-esque. If that makes sense.
