Thank you.

I paint them with some color and ask them to pose for me . works for both of us. ;)

This lens is very tempting. I've been wanting to get something in the 400mm+ range but couldn't justify the cost. I've haven't done much research in the last few months for these types of lens, but it seems like this 150-600mm might be the best balance between reach and cost.

Can people start posting some 100% crops and list the exposure and focal length settings?

Awesome pics everyone.

Are there anyone here got their lens after the update or any owner that got their lens in the last 6 weeks that do not need a firmware update, Can you guys share your experience with AI servo AF?
Thanks

Mine will be in Tamron's hands today. I will keep you all updated as to how long it takes to get out of their hands and on it's way back home and post pics when I get it back. I can't wait, I see opportunity to use a long lens everywhere I look now that I don't have one!

Heya,

Stomped around my local swamp today, went to a local brackish pond that usually keeps good variety of water birds. Made an Osprey, Blue Heron, Egret and some other things.

Some instances I was so close I had to actually back up the 600mm (surprised me!). Everything is handheld, pushing ISO hard today.
