Interesting video, though my internet connection available is not the smoothest.
Can this be directly compared to photos as well. Meaning I should always shoot at
iso 160 for the pull with a faster shutter; and not at iso 100 as I would always do by default?

shooting ETTR at base ISOs(100,200,400,etc) does the same thing. By doing this(or using iso160/320/etc), in theory, you give up some dynamic range for lower noise.
