shhhhhh! don't spoil all the great comments.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but even if I don't get anything, I will continue to order from Adorama. I won't even be upset. Its a freebie and as such it would just be an added bonus to the actual items I wanted. They offer great products at competitive prices and have shown nothing but excellent service every time I contacted them. I suppose I should have just emailed Helen directly to avoid turning this thread into an Adorama hate/love thread as well.

Helen,

I sent you an email 2 days ago about an order on 1/14. I haven't heard anything back from you or Adorama.

I signed up for the VIP. How can I tell if I am a member? Is there a different sign in page or something?

Thanks

My free book code expired today before I could use it, sent an email asking if it could be extended for a week or two but was told no.

Hi, I do apologize but the codes are for a promotional discount and cannot be extended past their expiration date.

Thank you for being a loyal AdoramaPix.com customer.

Sincerely,

Matthew

AdoramaPix Customer Service Specialist

kinda sucked considering I bought a brand new camera from them the day before. Wish the codes had a year before they expired or at least 6 months.

if anyone has purchased a book from them, let me know how you like them.

I currently use miller prints which are great, but a bit pricier than adoramapix.
I was looking into switching labs.

Hi,

This is Libby from Adoramapix. I can help you. Just email me at libby@adoramapix.com (external link) along with your original code. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'd love to have you try us out.
