Please help! Would someone be willing to edit out the sunglasses in the boy's mouth on the right.

Cloning a light area next to a dark area can be tricky. Try selecting first & then clone within the selection. I used the Polygonal Selection Tool for this. Some people prefer the Pen Tool, but for me, it's a PITA. ; )

You're welcome. It took me a while to catch on to that. It's the overall best way that I've found for objects with hard edges. More here: Selecting areas in PS.
