Maybe when I half-press the shutter button to focus, there should be a little digital readout in the viewfinder that says, "Are you sure?"

I'd probably save a lot of time.

Oh! I don't think I have ever photographed a duck.

Maybe that's why my 24-70 isn't working properly; I didn't break it in with duck pictures.

It used to be a tradition here on POTN that all new members and all new cameras had to have a "Duck Shot".

A much simpler time, it was......

I have over 200,000 people photos in my library, and I am proud to say that not a single one of them is posed on a railroad track.

I will, however, look for a few slightly less cliched photos to post. :-)

Yeah, that was my reference.

No duck shots, so my lens isn't working right. Obvious correlation and causation.

I have some Cliché pics I could print nice and large and frame and hang, and friends and family could "Oohh" and "Aahh", but then I know that if just one photog friend showed up and saw them, I'd never hear the end of it, so...I'll just keep 'em on my computer -- maybe I could put together a special "Cliché" slideshow for when I have friends and family over! :)

How about a "Blurry Stream" shot. I don't think anyone has ever done one of those! Complete with sunbeams!

Actually, I am proud of this. HAND HELD at a half second!
