I was looking through my videos and came across one I had made from my vacation in the Alps last September, which was several timelapses put together. The photo below is one of the thousand pictures I took that evening for a timelapse. Unfortunately there wasn't any cloud in the sky that evening. :( It would have been so much better.
And it's a JPG so I couldn't really work on it.

It makes me wanna go back so badly. If only I could just pack my bag on and go on the road... I'm sure you know that feeling.

Love the colours on this one ... and yah I know the feeling. Just lock up shop and head to a destination. O how creativity gets the best of us at times.

That gradient from red to blue is great.
You make a great case for including much less sky in the final image.
