I have a request: Since you also own a Nikon 14-24, the a7R should be the perfect platform for comparing it to the 16-35mm f/4L IS. My wish/hope is that the 16-35 f/4 will have comparable (dare I wish for better?) performance to the 14-24mm at landscape apertures.
