While I love the 50 for being wider open - this lens is just so easy to love for its size alone and its wide open shots @ 2.8

Like glass baby, glass. We were up there at sunrise, dropped down into Cook City for a coffee and on the way back over I was stunned at how still the air was that high in elevation. The sun hit the rocks and I hit the street with my tripod.

Dumb me used AF... Probably could have been sharper in MF with LiveView x10.
