Saw the larger version of this on the 135 thead. Didn't notice the shadow, but you could have some fun and broaden that out a bit in post - she'd look like she was actually hovering in mid air  Nice shot.

Dude I typically hold my opinion to myself here, but you are real prize winner.

I really appreciate your comment on my photo, but I can't say that I care about your opinion of me - this is, again, a photography forum; when someone takes the time to share their work, I feel that there are three appropriate courses: show appreciation, be constructive, say nothing. To intentionally detract with no regard for the work? That's pretty rude, IMO.

Again, moving on -

Same day, same lake, different area. Contax 2.8/28 again, but I'm not sure of the aperture - f/8, maybe. Shot with a CPL. No GND, though I did have to burn the planks in post a bit to tone them down and show the grain.

The shadow bothers me a bit, but this is really nice - you should post it larger. What lens, out of curiosity?

if I had to guess, it would be the 135F2. it certainly looks like it, and yeah, the shadow needs to go.

Unless you had a need for stadium sized blowups, would you ever need anything more than a 5Dc for indoor (and even some basic outdoor) studio work. I love the warm tones; especially at higher ISOs. IMO there's not another sensor that makes creamier photos :)

Very cool! Just a word, though - there is some very noticeable CA around the edges (in the palms). A 10-second clean-up would have that looking even sharper.
