Love the girls, pose and composition as well, 100mm is big deal for that events. but did u shoot RAW, or those are JPG straight out of camera? i'm asking, coz maybe u can PP more, white balance IMHO looks strange. and the skin of the last girl could be better, probably, should be fixed. again, don't wanna criticize, i'm not a pro!!! only i think from a good starting point u could have excellent portraits. But is only my opinion of course, maybe other guys on POTN could disagree  Yes, I shot all of these raw.

I admit the white balance was not that great even tweaked due to the fact that these were shot in a hotel lobby with various mixed light sources. I thought I did a good job adjusting the white balance but maybe that was not the case.
