Still no go.
Maybe it's because I'm on CC?

A question - I downloaded the DPP v4 but the Lens Data does not seem to have the 16-35Lf4 in the list (yet LR has it?). Am I missing something here? LR5 uses the F/2.8 II profile for this lens, at least mine does. JD

Did you find the file in question? For me, after the installation, it's at /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/CanonEOS-1Ds-MarkII(16-35/f4) or somesuch. That alone, makes it show up in Camera Raw and Photoshop CC. Then I copy it to the following folder: <myusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0 which currently contains only a file called pscache.dat (which I suspect contains all the other lens profiles that LR looks up). So, once I'm done, I have the 16-35 file copied into the folder in question, and I start up LR, and now it shows up (as do all the other normal LR profiles). I even copied it OUTSIDE the CANON filer (in the 1.0 folder) and still no go. I'm totally stumped. I consider myself pretty Mac savvy having used one professionally since they started... and this makes this that much more frustrating. What is still weird to me is the preset LR profiles are listed nowhere in the Len Profiles folders for camera raw yet they are still there. It seems to me that LR is using a preset list of Profiles... not the ones in the CameraRaw area. Soo... how do I change where it is pointing??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What I described in the previous post worked perfectly for me. Sony A7RII and a bunch of lenses.

Did you make sure you copied the file into the Camera Raw folder on your user/library side? Re-read my post carefully. It's NOT a folder called Lightroom. It's called Camera Raw. As for the other lens profiles, I think LR pulls them for within the pscache.dat file. Also note there are 2 folders called camera raw. One is in /library/application support/adobe, the other is under <your user folder>/Library/application support/etc....
