All taken on a canon 600d, 50mm f1.8 (food at F20), bugs at F13, 160th neweer flash with pringles diffuser tubes and a raynox dcr250

Lovely set but a few look a bit OTT with the sharpening as already mentioned. The beans on toast shot is starting to make me feel hungry. :)

cheers everyone, trying new variations on the diffuser, been using toilet paper with some great results, will try and post some up later

Agree about the oversharpening, plus I think flickr puts a bit in, itself too which doesn't help

love the dew on that soldier beetle.
yes toilet paper,paper towels,and I use vellum paper a lot.it has very nice diffusion properties.
