Good analogy Liza. I'm continually surprised by the anal-retentiveness of some posters here. The slightest thing makes them play the "never again" game with so many vendors. Reminds me of my sister's attempt to boycott Wal-Mart for getting a bad batch of french fries or some such thing from their freezer section. Needless to say, that boycott didn't last.

I don't think lowballing me was sleazy. What was sleazy was them trying to back out of their policy (which is on their website) of sending me back my lens at their cost when I decided not to sell it to them.
