Very stunning girl. The one thing that I find distracting is that the whites of her eye's seem to be 2 different shades of white. I would see if you can try and match them up a bit.

Hi Thanks for the comment. Appreciate it. Could you provide some tips on how to change the eye color? I do have LR4. Just not familiar with it fully.

Yes, the white on the right eye looks like there is some light reflecting on it, and throws it off a bit. The hat or whatever she is wearing maybe blocked it from the other side. I personally like the persons whole face to be in focus and shown, this just looks to cropped as you cant see much
