OK this is an older shot that I just revisited. A documentary (as opposed to artistic) architectural shot....
Global adjustments... -24 on exposure, +14 whites -31 blacks, +20 clarity +20 vibrancy, -5 saturation.
-22 saturation on the green in the HSL panel, -29 post crop vignette, enabled lens profile correction, remove chom aber and used the Straighten tool on Auto.
local adjustment 6 was just to reduce highlights on the sign to make it less noticeable and 7 was a boost in exposure to brighten the text with a darkening of shadows to keep the sign black.
Lastly I used multiple spot removals to clone clouds from the left of the image over to the empty sky on the right of the image as it was rather bland.
