So the bride was adamant she wanted a "vintage" style session. I've experimented but never really delivered vintage before, so with some research on poses and post processing I gave it a shot and the bride was happy as a bride when she seen them. 2 different locations. One in Old Sacramento, the other on American River.

Thank you, we went at about 11am , it was busy but so hot no one in there right mind was near the train tracks. Some staff came out and gave us permission to use the tracks when they seen us shooting and said we had 20 minutes to get it done. So it worked out.

Those look great, but on the first one, there's just something strange about the way he looks. Seems like his head is a little distorted or something. Not totally sure what it is.

Thank you, and you are correct, I changed the exposure in the sky. Tried to clean him up a bit to not change his exposure and it and gave him a cut out look. Just so happened that the shape of his head was rather long and narrow, that mixed with the 17-40's prevalent distortion. They actually chose that pic for their poster printout to be display on the day of the wedding.

The first one is really bad. Distortion on the guys head, the girl looks like a plastic doll....eww. Overuse of flare or fake flare.

As a whole I really like the shots and the emotion that is in them. I am not a huge fan of the PP on all of them but that is just a personal preference. Really good job, especially with working in the heat because I know how difficult it is. Good work!

I like them. She looks uncomfortable in the first one, and the obvious distortion, but it's still a nice pic.

The rest are very well done!
