Pyro1 and doofuss these captures are just awesome!

Pyro are these with the Einsteins bare with just a reflector? How many did you use?

Thanks butterfly.

There was a wedding held on Waikiki Beach almost directly out front of our condo and the bride was so beautiful that I couldn't help but rush out and take a couple of photos of her.

I would have liked to had time use a remote flash setup for better lighting, but it was all very impromptu on my part.

So you set up a shot of a Collie cross Jack Russsell, the owner thinks, Ah what a lovely boy he is; when all of a sudden an American Bull Terrier, fed-up of waiting for his close-up decides to steel the shot. No injuries sustained to either of the dogs, or yours truly, who all of a sudden saw the viewfinder full of 'extras'.

If in doubt, BANG OUT.

Thanks! I shoot my barrels with 6 Einsteins. All bare, 4 with regular reflectors & 2 with long throw reflectors. 3 on barrel #1 & 3 on barrel #2 and I cross fire 2 of these. I'm the only one that I know of that shoots barrels this way, it just works for me. The action setting on the Einsteins are killer!

Suggestions for capturing Blue Angels pics? Weather tomorrow will be sunny and maybe a few clouds, but more haze than clouds. Along with the 1DX I have 300mm f/2.8 II and 70-200mm f/2.8 II plus 1.4X III

Never shot planes or things in sky yet. Thinking I may be able to get away with zone AF or perhaps 61 AF and which case I'm not sure. Manual mode f/8, 1/2000 and Auto ISO no IS on lens, set to furthest focus on lens?

1DX | 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM | 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM | 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM | EF 1.4X III
