There is some sort off care in this nature park. Where these horse can walk freely.

Fujifilm X T1 + 10-24 @ 10mm f/16
Opened up the shadows and did at some contrast in Lightroom.

Composition wise, i would have moved laterally a bit to take the, "why is the tree growing out of the horses butt" question out of the equation. But otherwise, Im curious as to why its a bit soft at 1/125 at that low focal length. Curious what your focus point was and if you were on solid ground or not.

Edit: I see your at f16. In my experience that is a bit much for APS-C without a tripod, even with minimal movement.

Vivitar Series 1 70-210/2.8-4 v3. Hand-holding this combo was a little tricky... especially without IS

Love the colors in that first shot Dankin, nice work! Looks a whole lot like the fields we have here just a bit to the north of you.

Very nice. Love the colors in that first one. Film simulation on either of those?

So it so happens that finally acquired and X pro 1 and the X100 will be going on sale! :) To my surprise it felt like a met a long lost friend. Haven't felt like this since I sold my so very loved 5D and Zeiss 50 1.4 combo... such a nice feeling!
Using X100 made me realise that even the best camera, if its lens has a field of view of 35mm, is not the camera for me.

I shot RAW and used the film profiles in LR. I used 2 exposures one for the sky and one for the foreground blended in PS CC. I used the Astia profile for the foreground and the Velvia profile for the sky to make it pop a little more.

Funny, I've been thinking about trying to sell my x100 to get an X Pro since they share similar view finders. I've just become so damn attached to my x100 in such a short time. Been debating on selling and upgrading, or getting the TCL-X100 and keeping the classic. Either way, I love these damn cameras.
