I’m in the market for a ‘home theater’ projector. Anyone have any experience with these?
I’ve narrowed it down to 3 models form the manufacture BenQ; , W1500; SH910; W1070.
If you have any input, it’d be greatly appreciated..

thanks,

Benq W1070 is awesome for the price.
A close competitor but not quite as good is the Optoma HD131XE

The reason that it's not quite as good is that Optoma chose to go brighter with an 2x RYGCWB colorwheel instead of Benq's 6x RGBRGB wheel. The Benq is not as bright but its colors are a lot more accurate.

They're both great 3D projectors for movies and games.

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!
