This little ant was on an apple and found an interesting place to stick its head - into what to them might appear as big as Gaping Ghyll...

I like the fact that it's different with an unusual landscape. Has a rather ambiguous and surreal quality to it. For example, the ant's abdomen could be perceived as being the head of some alien creature who while popping out of a crater is scratching his head at the view of the curved horizon of his small planet :)

Alex - I never saw it that way, but you're right - it also looks like it's looking across a landscape of destruction, resting arms on the surface as it peers above the surface!
