Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This weeks the theme is Landscape (external link). As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

Show us some Landscape! :p

Here are the rules:
1. Shots need to be taken between Monday posting and the following Monday by Sunset (Whenever that is for you ). Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
2. Post your shots at any time during the week.
3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them), but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. A copy of the size rules can be found here: IMAGE POSTING RULES
That's it! Have fun! As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.
An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK INDEX

That's it! Have fun!

Those are nice, Andy. I'm looking forward to seeing all the different landscapes this week.
Hopefully I can get away from my daily routine and come up with something for landscape, as well.

Those are lovely, Andy.

Stina, I do hope you can find the time as you're a wonderful landscape photographer!

I also hope Richard will join us this week. I think he's very busy with his boats.

I had a chance to get out, and stumbled upon this.

I do love Colorado. :-)

^^^Beautiful Colorado.

I've been away for a few days...working mostly...but had time to take the odd shot along the way. Mostly grey skies this week, sadly. This is on Ponui Island, near Auckland.

Andy, Unbalanced, & Ricardo, lovely landscapes, all. I'm afraid my little G15 is no match for your lenses.

There's some land in this 'scape.

Haven't had any photo opps here lately due to one storm after another passing through. Did have a brief opening in the skies this morning and got a quick vertical landscape of the Selkirk mountains behind my house.:)

OhLook, your excellent eye more that makes up for any perceived shortcomings of your G15 lens!

Nice shot. You live in my kind of country Terry...I'd love to travel in the North West some time.

Unbalanced, Ricardo, OhLook and Terry, you have all posted great pictures.
Unbalanced, that's one stunning capture!
Ricardo, I've got the same problem here. My sky is kinda hazy with no clouds and my hills are dead as well as bare. I'm trying to come up with something though.

An unburned bit of sagebrush steppe - with a thunder storm "off stage" brewing.

I've been trying to document some of the landscapes after the fires we've experienced.
