Been a while since my last post, but I managed to get some time to post some pictures.
All of my shots are made with the 100mm, a 600d and diffused light.
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks for watching!

A really fabulous set of pics.

Are you sure that's a Red veined darter? It looks like a Ruddy darter to me - yours has all black legs and I believe the Red veined has stripes like the Common darter. I can't actually see the red veins on the wings but that could be lighting.

Lovely captures Frank. I agree with Linda in that it looks more like a Ruddy Darter which has a distinctive waisted, blood-red abdomen with a clubbed tip. In contrast the Red-veined Darter's abdomen is straighter and not pinched in the middle.
