Butterfly-Monarch or Viceroy???

Hello All,
I got this photo last Saturday and want to submit it
to a local Park. I'm not sure if this is a Monarch or a
Viceroy. I don't want to be wrong with the ID! Anyone
know for sure?

Never heard of a Viceroy but that's what it is. You can see the differences in this link, Viceroy on the left.
