Thanks, VisualEchoes. I had to photoshop a still nonmoving shot of the body over the actual rolling shot because the body was so soft in the roller shot. I was using most of the length of 3 pipes from your rig-pro kit. I did neglect to remove chromatic aberration and lens distortion before I started compositing. I am gonna spread the cups wider apart next time to hopefully reduce bounce.

Yes, one of the secrets is to spread the cups as far apart as possible, just get creative with it. Another tip is to find super smooth roads. Also, fashion a cable pull to pull the car instead of driving it or having it pushed, the difference is massive. If you're still having problems, make yourself a stabilizer cable, it can make a huge difference as well.
