I see this strobe on flashhavoc. Looks very interesting. Under $600 for 600W with remote power control and lithium battery power built in. Thoughts everyone?

looks interesting. I was going to pick up an Einstein for the fast flash duration, but this may be a better option. Canon 5Dm3, Fuji X100T, Fuji X-T1, Fuji X70

Under $600 for 500W with remote power control and battery power built in. Thoughts everyone? I like the stobe and it's features. One lingering question I have though is how is the color balance on this thing as you work it at different power settings? The thing that the Einsteins have going for them is a consistant color balance, regardless of the power setting.

If buying a Jinbei HD 600, how do you tell which version you are buying? I assume no user enabled Firmware changing.

Elv, if the battery is run down can you plug it in and shoot with them plugged in? I was ready to pull the trigger on one Einstein and Vegabond mini but I could get two of these and so I'm still on the fence. And how long does it take to charge? Thanks. krispyk
