Great capture here! These guys have some cool stage costumes, but I can't imagine how hot you'd be wearing such heavy clothes. Playing with my own band, I don't even like wearing pants, it gets so hot moving around under those lights.

My name is Jeff, not actually Jose Canseco.

I am with you TRhoads. It just cracks me up. I am not saying it can't produce great images as I have heard nothing but good thing about the ability of the M to take shots, but many that lens dwarfs the camera body completely.

Trust me, they only wore the whole outfit for the first part of the show. I have seen these guys a couple of times and they put on a heck of a show. I think it adds to the performance when they have a theme for the outfits. The group that followed them was the main act and they wore gym shorts and tank tops and I was not as interested in watching them, and took NO pictures because they were just not as interesting to watch.

And indeed it did! One of the best portraits in the thread in quite some time!

can't compete with that kind of portrait...but thought I would share one from my efforts the last two nights...not quite the stunning backdrop...but I got a couple shots...I used to be able to take her picture all the time...she used to ham it up...not so much anymore...I usually get this look...

With a subject that cute you needn't worry about the background. Nice shot!!
