Just bought one of these to pair with my 1D Mark III. Am very impressed with the images that this camera produces at ISO 1600, and the focus does not seem slow to me, despite what I had read on the net. Am looking forward to trying my lenses 'full frame!'

Picked up a new SGJ cause it played and sounded great. I'm not really even an SG fan at all.

I was also positively surprised how fast focus responds to controls. Haven't really pushed it to limits in low light etc. But so far so good.

Thanks, we were there for 5 days but it was cloudy most of the time. Lucky to have these few come out ok.

Used the 5D for some action work this weekend. I covered a local drift event and the 5D had no problems keeping up. Clearing the buffer was the biggest issue, but fewer missed shots than I was expecting :).

I have and use very regularly several film cameras, Leica, Mamiya, Graflex... but can't let go to my 5Dc.
